Last night was the AZ Blogger Meet-Up at The Duce. The location was perfect, the company was great, and the cheesecake was delicious. J&L Photo was there to take pictures for us. I'll get those up soon. I'll also post that short clip from the Jimmy concert soon... and I still need to post about my trip to Saint Johns. Maybe I'm a little behind. I'll catch up... eventually... maybe.
Anyways, we are on day number five of #bedm and the topic is fit and healthy. I may not be the best person to blog on this subject... I mean, I was in shape in high school and played soccer. I also went through the P90X program three times. Once I graduated and moved to the valley, I went to the gym five times a week and ate super clean. At this point in time though, I don't really do much of anything to stay healthy and I tend to eat whatever is on hand. I blame it on being busy and not having time, but the truth is, I'm just really lazy. I need to get back into the habit of working out and making smart food decisions. I do try to do fun physical activities with friends like hiking and longboarding. And now that the summer heat is upon us, I'm sure swimming will be added to that list. So pretty much other than that, I suck and really need to get on it... or maybe I'll just take a nap instead.
PS - Only four more days until I'm in Disneyland. Apparently, everyone and their dog decided to go this weekend. When I say everyone, I mean Katie, Chrissy, Elise, and Nichelle. Katie and I obviously live the same life and I guess bloggers like to follow each other around. I'm cool with it. See you girls on Friday. Party in Disneyland.
